H4 Visa Stamp / Marriage certificate dilemma

Hi All , 

My wife is H4 visa and planning to go for stamping for first time on H4 visa. 

Question/ Dilemma : 

We are married as per Hindu rituals in Aug 2014 , but we could not get the marriage certificate done from India , so we consultant Murthy lawyers and they suggested we can re-marry here and register the marriage in court. So we go re-married in July 2016 ( since i had to apply for my wife's H4 during that time )

During the interview if the VO ask's why you have 2 different dates (as per album / marriage invitation Vs Marriage certificate from USA ) 

what would be the appropriate answer ? 

Also please help with any obvious red flag's to avoid and current scenario of H4 stamping in India .

The only determinant of the H4 visa is the credibility of your H1. Obviously if she comes under the TAL, there may be some delay. Tell the VO the truth about the Marriages ONLY if asked. I am still puzzled why you could not get a Marriage certificate from INDIA as it is mandated by law, unless it was say an Arya Samaj wedding?

Its not that we did not get the marriage certificate, we did not get it registered in India and later realized we needed a marriage certificate , it was my bad. 

What is TAL ?

I would say get a marriage certificate from India asap whenever you go there next. that will avoid all the confusions. Many people can get the certificate done in one day in India.
