H4 EAD Renewal

Hi, 

       I have already applied for my wife H4 EAD renewal. The question is can she continue working while her H4 EAD extension is processing. Please let me know guys. Thank You.

We are also looking for answer too, we see a note on receipt notice it says applicant is eligible for work 180 days after EAD exprires, but on USCIS.gov  website it didn't include this category. i called USCIS, customer sever said if you see note on receipt notice. then you are eligible.. but still they asked us to take appointment with local immigration office to get more information and also they will provide you the supporting document to show employer. unfortunately there are no available appointments near future to know correct information on this.

show eligible during renwal process:

but not included C-26 in other area

Please post you anyone knows about this.. whether EAD C-26 is eligible for automatic 180 days extension?

Hi,

i found that H4-EAD is not eligible to work after card expires and renewal is pending. you can see below link for eligible categories for automatic 180 days extension.
