OPT withdrawal

Hello,

I am enrolled in a Masters program at a public (State) university in the US.

I was on full time CPT from May 8-July 29, 2017. I applied for post completion OPT in May 2017 starting from July 30, 2017. However, I couldn't complete my requirement to graduate in Summer 2017 and had to enroll for a course in Fall 2017 using reduced course load as I had only 3 credits pending to graduate. I withdrew my OPT application and received confirmation from the USCIS that withdrawal was accepted. I started my full time CPT again on July 31 and have it until Dec 12, 2017.

I will be applying for post completion OPT again. 

Do you see a problem with my OPT application because of withdrawal or reduced course load.
