H1 B transfer with expired I-94

Hi All,

I have a query. Currently my H1 B extn is in progress from company A and i-94 has expired. I have a valid i-140.
Suppose I get a offer from Company B and start my H1 B transfer process. And the transfer is done in 4 weeks and i get a new i-94. In the other hand my current extension is still pending so i continue to work with company A. After 2 more weeks H1B extn from company A is approved. So can i join company B after that without any further issues or I have to again do the transfer based after approval from Company A.
