H1B Transfer Pending, Must Pay Prevailing Wage?

Dear all, 

I quit my last job 2 months ago and joined my current employer. My H1B transfer is pending now.

Is my current employer required to pay me H1B prevailing wage while my case is pending? Or is it OK not to pay me the prevailing wage before my case is approved?

Of course the employer has to pay the prevailing wage. Otherwise, you would be out of status.

On H1, you ALWAYS have to get paid at least the prevailing wage.
