KK2112 Posted August 25, 2017 Report Posted August 25, 2017 Hi, my client(New employer) filed my H1b transfer and received an RFE regarding Education and Level 1 wage. They are now suggesting to re-file a new transfer with a new role and Level 2 Wage. Is its true that an employee has to be outside US when re-filing H1b transfer happens for the same employer? Appreciate any quick response to this! Thanks!
