They will be starting transfer in Sept and it might take 2-3 months as premium processing is not available. I have some vacations left with current employer and notice period is 15 days. I would like to travel to India in between. Can I travel to India once the transfer process start and before approval? is it too risky ? Can I travel after approval after resigning ? how many days? Thank you.
