Hello,

I really need your quick help on my issue. Currently I am working for employer A on H1b. My 6 years of H1b expires on May 2018. My GC process is not initiated yet. My spouse has I-140 approved. I have filed for my H1b to H4 and EAD in July 2017. My H4 EAD effective date is Nov 1,2017 in the application.

I want to switch my job to employer B next week. As H1b premium processing is still not available what are my options to start working for employer B ASAP ?

1) If employer B files H1b transfer, can I start working with H1b receipt notice? Can I have multiple applications pending with USCIS ?

2) What happens to H4, EAD applications in case my H1b transfer gets approved ? Is my H4 Ead pending application still valid ?

3) What happens if H4 EAD gets approved while H1B transfer is still pending? Does my employer need to revoke H1b application after I move from H1b to H4EAD ?

This is a very critical scenario. Your quick help is appreciated.

Thank You,

Best thing is to discuss with an immigration law firm to get accurate answers.
