Here my question is, i lived in Germany for past 8 years and i renewed my passport Indian embassy at Germany. Do i have to visit Indian embassy in Germany to get the NOC . Also do i need to inform my Sponsor regarding the j1 waiver process. kindly advise me in this regard. Thanks in advance
