I have been offered to work at HQ in US but I was surprised to see that they have offered me to come under J1 Visa which would mean a maximum stay of 18 months with HRR of 2 years. 1. How can I get them to apply for H1.B or L1 visa 2. Can I apply for waiver of HRR while in US and what are the chances of the success Thanks a lot in advance
