HI there,

I am currently on H1-B visa till Nov 20 2017.

1) Can I file the concurrent applications for H4 and H4 EAD with future date as Nov 21 2017?

2) How soon should I file these applications?

3) If it gets approved (H4 and H4 EAD) before Nov 21 2017, Can I continue with the same employer with no gap in employment?
