H1B transfer while another H1B extension got RFE

Hello,

Scenario is that my current H1B (from company A) expires on 07/12/2017. I filed for extension from Company on 05/17/2017 after applied, i lost my job from client place. Now i got RFE on my case.

Now i got an offer from Company B and they want to apply H1B transfer. Is it safe or not? Some of friend told you need valid I94 to transfer visa and dont take risk when you have RFE on your case. 

Friends please help me what i have to do now?

you got rfe and you have no job at current client place. How do you plan to provide client letter?

May be go ahead with company B H1b transfer process, get placed at new client and when the new rfe comes, would leave it up to the company B attorney to take care of rfe.
