H1B to H4, EAD approved awaiting EAD since 3 months

Hi,

I was working on H1B, applied for COS when my husband's 140 was approved. I received approvals for H4 and EAD in May,2017 but did not receive my EAD card. Can I continue to work?

Find out why did you not get an EAD card, because the physical card is required for working.

Thanks for your response shekar, I inquired the same with Uscis and in response I get there is a glitch in there system and the status on the site is " case approved".
