H1b Salary mismatch

Hello,

I have been here in US on L1b and getting around 85K. Company had filed I-140 last year under Level-1 (Eb3) mentioning the same salary and got approved. I have completed 5 years under L1b this year and my H1b got selected this year in lottery and current is in RFE status. We need to prove that the occupation is a specialized occupation.

But while filing my H1b petition somehow my salary was provided as 60K and Attorney quoted the same on the LCA and H1b petition.

Now in support of RFE documentation we need to include the signed offer letter. Should it contain 60K salary OR 85K? My company is saying they will have to mention 60K to match it with petition and after approval they can always pay me more as there is no restriction.

But I am not sure it USCIS matches the salary that I have been getting for last 5 years OR the salary mentioned in GC-I-140  (since they have my earlier payslips that were submitted along with  L1 application/extention, I-140 application ). Please help.
