H4 EAD starting online business. Education requirements.

Hello,

 

I live in California, United States and my current visa status is H4 with EAD. I would like to start my online business that would focus on

selling clothes. I would create the designs here and get it manufactured from India. I have an MBA in International Business from India. 

However, I haven't received any formal education / training in fashion designing from United States.

 

In order to start my online store, do I need to have a formal degree in fashion designing from US so that I am legally covered?

No, there is no formal education needed to start a store.

There are some special rules for restaurants and the like, due to handling of food, and for financial companies, but nothing in the line where you want to go.
