EB2 NIW PD June 2009. 485 Pending since 2012. Changing Jobs in same field

Hello,

my PD is June 2009 and its under EB2 NIW. There was no LCA. I am currently located in Illinois and work for a hospital who sponsored my petition. I am on EAD since 2012. My current EAD expires in 2019. The question I have is that if i accept another job with similar job description, does my future employer have to provide any paperwork ?

I had a lawyer consultation and he said that since its NIW there is no AC21 portability requirement and all I need is a job offer AND I dont have to notify anybody about anything.  Just wanted to double check this.  I know most people would advise not to change jobs this later stage, but I dont know how long will the process take and my daughter have problems with cold. Ideally would like to move to a warmer place.

EB2 NIW is by DEFINITION not sponsored. There is no issue at all if you take up and I am assuming,  a Physicians job in your area of specialization. You do not even need a Job Offer.
