Recapturing priority date from previous I140 while filing a new I140 by a different Employer

Hi, I have an approved I140 from a previous employer and now I am with a different employer who would also want to file a I140. However my current job duties are different to the job duties that were listed in the Labour of my approved I140 from previous employer. I would appreciate if someone can shed some light on below questions of mine.

1) To re-capture a priority date, does the job duties in new I140 need to be same as the old I140 ?

2) If job duties are different, is there a possibility of my new I140 being denied or RFE'ed ? Any precaution that we can take while filing new I140 to avoid this situation ?
