Question to fill up - G-325 A

In the form G-325 A, do we need to provide details of second job details as well ?  I'm currently working on two full time jobs via EAD. One with my GC sponsoring employer and other job is with another company but exactly same job title, work and classification.
Since Primary employer is sponsoring the GC and offering Permanent full time job and completing Suppl J form , I was wondering if I need to list second full time employment in the section "Applicant's employment last 5 years" ? Please advise.
