H1B Amendment filled one month late

Hi Friend,

Please provide your valuable suggestions.

I have transferred my H1b to X employer with an in-house project and it got approved. But after 10 days I got an opportunity with end client and joined there without amendment. My in-house project location and end client location are different. My employer later realized and applied for an amendment, but he applied after one month I joined at end client. Now I got an RFE, says USCIS found that I have been working at end client prior to filling my amendment. This they came to know from Vendor’s work order, also I didn't submit my client letter when I filled my amendment. Can you please suggest me how to reply to RFE or are there any alternate ways for me?

It is up to your employer to answer. Look for a different class of employer if possible.
