H4 EAD APPLICATION/ Change of Employer

Hi,

I have couple of questions regarding h4  EAD application and changing the employer.

My I-140 got approved with company A and my current h1 expires in SEP 2017 and extension is in process.

Also, I've got an offer with company B and I am interested to take the offer and process for H1-B transfer right away. How could this effect my I-140? In the mean time of h1 b transfer can I apply for H4 EAD as I already have approved I-140 with company A ? If yes, then on what basis the validity depends?
