rJay Posted July 25, 2017 Report Posted July 25, 2017 I filed my H1B last year in august and still the status online says 'Received'. I have already crossed 240 days. Can I apply for transfer now to join back on work? Is premium processing option still available? California center processing time shows April 2017, then why is mine still in received status?
