kirthivasan2605 Posted July 24, 2017 Report Posted July 24, 2017 This is Kirthivasan, living in West Michigan. I admire your work for helping lot of employment based cases. My case is I have H1B Valid Stamping till September 2017. In April 2017 I quit my job from Company A and they told me that my I140 is still valid and you can file for your H1B extension with approved I140. I joined Company B in May 2017 and I got a project with Client A and I was working for a month, The employer filed my H1B on premium processing and I got an RFE in month of May to show evidence of employer relation ship with company Client A. In this issue, Client A did not provide any reference letter that I am working and my project was over in June. In the same month, I got a project with Client B thro Client C and I have filed for my new extension on regular basics, my employer informed me that they have with drawn my case which was filed for Client A and new petition was filed for Client B. Last week my project got over due to Client B did not like the work which we are doing so they cancelled the contract between Client C and Client B. My question is whether I am in legal status or should I need to look for another employer / same employer for new project or should I go back to India. What will happen to my H1B extension filed with Company B for the project at Client C and Client B. I have not got any response from USCIS. Should I need to look for another project and start all over or will I get any grace period till USCIS respond on the petition filed for Client B. Please advise.
