SEVIS updated and received receipt number from University but no update from Employer

Hello,

I work as full time employee for a Service based companies in USA. 

My sevis is updated and I got my receipt number from University. However there is no update from my employer.

As it is my last chance, I applied an extra application from a private consultancy and there is no update from them as well.

Checked for USCIS case status with receipt number provided, I got a RFE. I still don't know where H1 is picked from.

Both the employers tells that they did not get any update from USCIS.

Any suggestion would be really appreciated.
