IndiAmerican Posted July 23, 2017 Report Posted July 23, 2017 Hi, I was working on H1-B with company A till June 2017 and my visa from A was valid till August 2017. In June I got offer two from company B. they initiated my visa transfer. By that time I got offer from another company C. I decided to join company C on transfer receipt in July 2017. So in that case my both petition from B and C was in process. If suppose I got approval from B and C in few months from now and I choose to join B, will that be okay? Company B also have transferred my visa from A and presently I am working in company B.
pontevecchio Posted July 23, 2017 Report Posted July 23, 2017 If you are going to use the word visa for petition, it is going to be extremely confusing. There is no "transfer" involved. Both B and C filed a non cap H1 petition for you. You can join either on approval subject to your contractual obligations.
