How to know my receipt no. If i ask for copy he is asking 15000$ to pay. What are all the resources or choices i have. He said my h1 got approved. Any suggesions can be appreciated. permaudit
Are you currently employed with the company? Are they paying you now? Do you have paystubs from them? It is illegal for the employer to ask money for H1 and if he is not providing you the H1B Copy. You can file an FIOA request with USCIS to get your records. You can as well file a lawsuit for H1B abuse, but would be a strenuous process. All the best Link to comment
