gep Posted July 21, 2017 Report Posted July 21, 2017 Team, Am about to apply for visa interview at Hyderabad visa validity starts from Oct 1st, 2017 as main applicant (H1) myself and H4 for my spouse. Issue is my firstname and spouse first name is different in passport's. As, my spouse is also working haven't updated her firstname in passport as we have dependency with all her existing certificates. We have official marriage certificate. So, now can we both apply for Visa interview H1 and H4 at same time with different firstname's? will this have any impact on getting the visa approved by VO? Or any chance of questions related to this? Kindly let me know your inputs on this.
lovely Posted July 23, 2017 Report Posted July 23, 2017 I don't see any problem with different first names, almost every couple has different first names and it will be a coincidence if you both have same first names but I'm assuming you have different dob,identification marks etc.
