Ajay78569 Posted July 18, 2017 Report Share Posted July 18, 2017 Company(A) applied my I-140 and It has been approved by that time my 6 years on H1B completed, After approval( 180 days later) of my I-140, I moved to Company B with one year H1B extension. I worked with Company B for an year. since Company B not willing to apply for GC, I would like to move from Company B. now Company C will be able to file the extension based on the my I-140 which was approved through the company A?
