I have received mail from USCIS regarding Acknowledgement of Withdrawal request. Is there any possibility to reopen the case or revoke the withdrawal or filing new amendment without getting into Lottery of next Cap ?
skanti Posted July 20, 2017 Report Posted July 20, 2017 From what I know, your current petition has to be approved and you should work for your current employer on H1b atleast for few days if this is your first H1b. Only then you will be CAP exempt.
