Jayanth86 Posted July 15, 2017 Report Posted July 15, 2017 Hello! I have entered US with valid H1 last September and I have valid VISA stamping with my current employer till Sep 2018. When I started my project with client in last October , my employer has filed H1 amendment of work location. Its been like 8-9 months and now we got RFE for that H1 amendment asking for client info in detail. I have procured client letter and other MSA docs and my employer is responding to RFE this week. But I have a travel plan to India end of this month which is planned and mandatory. How best is the return travel to US by mid-August. Anyone else faced this situation? What were the experiences/suggestions please? Thank you.
