AJS_CS Posted July 13, 2017 Report Posted July 13, 2017 Hi I applied my GC under EB1A; my I140 approved in Feb 2017; Filed I485 in March 2017; Received EAD& AP by May 2017. EB1A (India) retrogressed until Sep 2017. It will back to current date by October 1st, 2017. When i can expect I485 approval. Your suggestions are really appreciated.
