H1B stamping in mexico

Hello All,

I've a visa appointment scheduled in Mexico City, could anyone share recent experiences? How long does they take to return the passport.

Also my H1B visa is expired, could anyone kindly let me know the process and any web-link to apply for mexican visa?

I am looking for a correct answer as well. Some Google searches from the past indicated there were delays; not the same day, not the next day either. 

When do you have your appointment? I am planning to schedule as well.
