Hi

I have to travel unexpectedly to India due to family emergency if I travel I need to go for H1B Visa Interview.

Me and my husband had a fight in 2013 and due to which I was arrested for a few minutes and found guilty for the fight.

While filling up the DS 160 form do i have to fill Yes for this option and explain what happened. Also if I fill up yes what are the chances to get Visa?

Please help me.

"

Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any NO offense or crime, even though subject of a
pardon, amnesty, or other similar action?

"

Thanks in advance

Needs to be YES. Depends on Visa officer.

What is the chance of getting Visa. Would the reject due to domestic violence.

Me and Husband had a big fight and I was found guilty. Do I have to explain everything in the DS 160 form

I have 140 approved and mine is EB2 with octo 2010 priority date. Would it be risky to travel now?

please help or suggest as this is iind of emergency and I am in a dilemma to visit or not

It is up to the Visa officer. If you have all your documents you are good to go.
