r01320
Hi I have to travel unexpectedly to India due to family emergency if I travel I need to go for H1B Visa Interview. Me and my husband had a fight in 2013 and due to which I was arrested for a few minutes and found guilty for the fight. While filling up the DS 160 form do i have to fill Yes for this option and explain what happened. Also if I fill up yes what are the chances to get Visa? Please help me. " Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any NO offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty, or other similar action? " Thanks in advance Link to comment
