H-1B Transfer question

Hello Murthy Law Firm 

My Employer filed H1B  and selected in this year’s lottery and got the Approval. On (April) i got a Full time job  and started working.Now Can I transfer my H-1B to the present employer before  October 1st start date.Is it safe to transfer after or before October 1.

i have a small confusion that if i apply transfer for H1 after October 1st. (i,e) my F1 Status changes to H1 but as my H1 is approved on the previous employer can i able to work to the fulltime employer.

No, You cannot work for full time employer with previous employer's H1.

okay. can you please suggest me the solution or a way where i can safe to transfer my H1.

I have my opt valid till 19 jan.

Since your H1B is approved from October, 2017, your status changes to H1 from Oct 1st and OPT is not valid anymore.  Check with your fulltime employer and seek their attorney's advise.
