prab87 Posted July 10, 2017 Report Share Posted July 10, 2017 I am very much disturbed and confused of my L1B extension and found this law firm forum which really provides valuable advise. I am currently holding L1B visa and stamping already expired by April 2017,however my I129S valid till Sep 2018 and the I-94 expires Sep 2019. I had discussed with my company attorney due to my spouse travel plan and applied extension. I have received RFE on my application. myself and attorney is working for that to reply back. Since I am not sure about the success ratio, I am very much confused. Please advise . 1. Success ratio of L1B extension? (RFE- asking more to explain about training records and specialized knowledge evidence ) 2. in case of denied, my old i129s(2018 Sep) is valid and i94(2019 Sep) is still valid? Link to comment
