Question regarding filling DS-160 for H1b Stamping

Hi

I have been living in USA on H1-B visa for last 6 years. Last H1-B visa stamping done in India in 2010. Since then I have been working as a physician in USA and have not traveled.

 

(1) DS-160 has a question - Have you traveled to any countries/regions within the last five years?  How should I answer it as I have not traveled in last 6 years but living in USA on H1-B visa? Should I say NO or should I say YES - USA?

(2) Home Address: will it be my US address as living here for 6 years or India address?

For mailing address, I have put my Indian address.

As you have not stepped outside US in the past 6 years - you can answer that as NO

On my first H1, i have included my India address as home address and on subsequent 2 application, listed US address as my home address
