dgk Posted July 9, 2017 Report Posted July 9, 2017 Hello All, I got a H1 Stamping along with my dependents H4 (Spouse and Kid) during Oct 2015 in Chennai and got the stamping which was valid till August 2016. Later, filled an extension and its valid till August 2018. Planning to go to Chennai/India in the early of August 2017. Previously (2015) scheduled the appointments as family members. And I am meeting the drop box eligibility criteria since a) Same Employer b) Same Client c) VISA expired with in a year ie. August 17 2016 expired so good till August 16 2017. Now, I see a note in the cgi website "Each visa applicant must independently meet the renewal category criteria to qualify for interview waiver if applicable. Family/group member not eligible for renewal category should apply individually." I'm bit confused should I create two new logins in cgi website for my spouse and kid respectively or is there anyway I can schedule drop box option with my login itself. By the way , is there any suspension on the Drop box waiver program as I read in the other posts?.

Just add your family members as dependents and answer the questions to qualify for drop box. Drop box service is not suspended.
