suri55422 Posted July 9, 2017 Report Posted July 9, 2017 Hi, Below is my current situation. I'm currently holding my H1B with Company A which is expiring on 12/2017. Company B initiated my H1B transfer in the month of 3/2017 and it got approved (valid until 4/2018). But, I didn't move to Company B (I know, they didn't revoke). Now, I want to stick with Company A & apply for extension (I have approved i140 with this company). Can I do this extension with company A (Company A didn't know about my new H1B), though I have newer H1B with company B? Please help!! Thanks, Suresh
satya2k1 Posted July 11, 2017 Report Posted July 11, 2017 Hi Suresh, If you have maintained H1B status and got continuous pay with the company A, then you should be good to get extension with same company.
