When do I get GC with EB2 PD Mar 2013

Hi All, Me and my wife have priority dates of Mar 2013 for EB2 and Mar 2014 for EB3. Do any one have estimation on how long does it take to get GC?

Search for the Visa Bulletin to find out what the current Priority Date is. That gives you an idea how long it's going to take.

Might be around 2021-2023.

Average wait time for EB2 India is 8-10 yrs (used to be 4-5 yrs around 10 yrs ago).

Note:  

There are EB3 -> EB2 upgrades which impacts your approval.

Any EB3 India upgrade from 2006, 2007 (EB3 India never became current beyond Aug 2007) till Feb 2013 will get preference upon you/your spouse.

Also in regard to your other question, green number is consumed for each family member (i.e you + your spouse + kid 1 + kid 2  = 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 4 green card visa number is consumed. Ex. If the kid is born here then we saved 1 gc number :) i.e only 3 gc numbers are consumed.

This is the main reason for this huge back log of pending I 485 inventory both for EB2, EB3.
