RamHB Posted July 6, 2017 Report Posted July 6, 2017 Recently i got new project in California (Los Angelees) with new client. After that my employer applied for my H1B extension (Got Receipt). My I-94 is going to be expire on 08/17/2017. Now my client is aks us to move to HeadOffice (Mountainview CA) as the current site is shutting down soon. In this can is it necessary to file Amendment for new locaiton? will it going to be any issue? NOTE: Same employer and same client, only location change.
