Rajcp
Hello, Just wanted to check if anybody had same experience or anybody have more knowledge of the situation.. I am in US from past 10 years with approved 140 and recently my H1 was also approved until 2020. I came to India with family for work and went to Chennai consulate for stamping.. Got 221g blue slip with administrative processing. My wife used dropbox option since she was traveling every year & hence she was eligible for dropbox. She got visa approved and stamped but my H1 stamping is under 221g.. In this situation can my Wife and Kids travel back to US ? because my stamping is on hold, will it cause any issues at the port of entry ? My kids are citizens but wife is on H4(approved visa) Let me know if anybody went through same situation.. Thanks Raj Link to comment
