My first marriage ended in divorce after two years of separation and will be getting USA divorce decree soon. Planning to visit India for Marriage and bring my future wife to USA on H4. will there be any issue for her Visa interview? this will be second H4. Do i have to provide any specific documents to USCIS? do i need to inform USCIS about my divorce? I know this situation is little complicated. Your answers would be really appreciated.

No need to provide any explanation to USCIS. It will be the same process as you did earlier.
