My current H1B will expire in September 2017. I have a scheduled business trip to Germany for couple of weeks in July. 1. Will there be any problem during POE since there will be only a month of valid visa? 2. If my H1B extension gets approved during my stay in Germany? what is course of action? Do I need to travel to India to get the visa stamping? Thank you for your help!
