chait_24 Posted June 28, 2017 Report Posted June 28, 2017 I saw im immigration voice facebook page that H4 EAD will be cancelled and EAD will be active only for 6 - 12 months is it real news. Please advice as I was waiting for my Husband 140 to get approved.
studentneed Posted June 29, 2017 Report Posted June 29, 2017 Unfortunately, No one can really advise until it becomes a law. As of today (6/28/17) there is no law that H4 EAD is cancelled. The recent supreme court approval was for travel ban only.
