kaartman Posted June 28, 2017 Report Posted June 28, 2017 Hello, I am wondering if you can tell me id I can file a new LCA when the only change is salary? My LCA says my salary is 70k with title computer programmer. But, I was getting 96k and this year I got a raise to 120k. I am planning on going for H1B stamping in couple of months and I am trying to be on the safer side. Can my employer file a new LCA with updated salary and title with out actually any change in my project/ job ?
