I have applied My H1 extension and got an RFE asking to submit the final decision of the pending amendment. "In order to proceed with the petition, you need to submit the evidence of final decision on the pending petition". 1. Its been 8 months and there is no update on the amendment. Is there any way i can expedite the amendment? 2. In case i do not receive any decision on amendment with in the RFE reply date, how should we respond to RFE?
