h1b transfer - 1 week vacation before joining the new company

Greetings, 

I'm joining a new company on 7/24 and plan to leave my current work at 7/14, so I can have one week vacation. H1B transfer petition has been filed using normal processing, so the petition would be pending during 7/14 and 7/24. 

My question is - is this one week gap in employment okay ? will it have any negative impact on green card process in the future, e.g. I-485 change of status?
