kinglik Posted June 27, 2017 Report Posted June 27, 2017 My H4 expires on 07/18 while I turn 21 on September 27th of this year. My question is, can I stay on H4 until 07/18? Because my H4 and I-94 dont expire till 07/18 technically speaking. Or do I have to convert to F1? Thanks for the help!

Thats what I thought but I talked to USCIS Customer Service over the phone and I even met with a immigration officer in my local USCIS field office and both of them said I can technically stay until my I-94/H4 expires because its already issued. Of course, I will not get an h4 extension after 7/18 but idk what to do now...
