sidharthm1981 Posted June 26, 2017 Report Posted June 26, 2017 I am on a H1B visa which has validity till Sept-2017 [3 months from current date] and passport is valid till 2019. H1B visa extension has been filed by my company on 1st week of April-2017 for me ,my spouse [H-4] and kid [H-4] . I am travelling on Cruise trip to Bahamas on June 30th 2017, for a 3 day visit. I will be entering back US on 3rd July 2017. Is there any specific reason which will can create problem when I am entering back to US after finishing by Cruise trip to Bahama US on 3rd July 2017.
