I will be moving from California to Kansas since my new client is located in Kansas and I will be working for the same employer. I will be applying for LCA and H1 extension this week. My reporting manager at new client wanted to know whether I can work remotely from my home for Kansas client till my LCA and extension gets approved. Can you let me when can I start working for my Kansas client legally with the same employer? Thanks
