Hi , I have two I797 my current Receipt is valid till 30th June 2017 and my extended I797 Receipt  has start date from 1st July 2017. My wife is travelling to India on 20th May 2017 and returning back on 15th June 2017, so my confusion is i have filed her DS160 with New Receipt which has start date of 1st July 2017, so if she get stamped on that I797 which starts on 1st July 2017 then will she be able to travel on 14th June 2017 to US? or in stamping interview she has to let officer know that we have 2 i797 with above dates mentioning him so that she will be able to travel US on 14th June 2017.

NOTE:- On her passport Visa has expired in 2015 she was on her i797 in US.

You have done the right thing. Visa stamp will always have an issued date, not a start date. So the visa will be valid from the date it is issued and she can travel back to US using that.
